Jenny Cunningham
A dynamic force in Orlando’s real estate scene, combining a decade of expertise as a house flipper and interior designer. With an eye for design and a passion for transforming spaces, Jenny has left her mark on Orlando’s residential landscape. She has been involved in over 160 real estate transactions, including flips, wholesales, and project management/interior design client work. Jenny is an expert in valuations and understanding how the house flipping business operates and has mastered the art of turning distressed properties into lucrative investments. Her experience in evaluating potential opportunities and maximizing returns makes Jenny a sought-after figure in the world of house flipping and she consistently delivers profitable transformations.
Zach Mitchell
Zach graduated in 2009 from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Real Estate. He spent four years as a commercial real estate appraiser doing valuations in asset classes including single-family subdivisions, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, wetlands, and large tracts of land. This led to working with a national apartment developer in a role that included the underwriting of new development opportunities and securing placement of debt and equity, for projects ranging from $10M to $75M. In 2013 , Zach and Jenny purchased their first flip. Since then they have been directly involved with the purchase and sale of over $60M in single-family residential flips and wholesale transactions.

Ian Cunningham
Ian started his career at FBD Insurance PLC in the underwriting department, evaluating mortgage and insurance risk, before moving into other financial markets with self-owned financial brokerages. Ian has also had many real estate interests, including direct involvement in the acquisition and sale of over €500M of European property assets. Experienced in identifying opportunities in turbulent markets, he founded Nera Capital, a specialist funding business in Ireland. With a keen eye for risk, Ian is ready to help guide Streetly to long-term success.
