About This Deal
This was one of our own projects, funded through Streetly Capital. We purchased this 1972 ranch-style home on Brenda Dr in Orlando for $315,000 in late March 2025. The property was dated throughout, including original kitchen with a green stove from the '70s, worn bathrooms, old tile floors, and a tired exterior.
We completed a full interior and exterior renovation in approximately two months with an $81,000 rehab budget. The scope included a complete kitchen remodel with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and a new island; both bathrooms gutted and rebuilt with modern tile, new vanities, and updated fixtures; new flooring, paint, windows, and landscaping throughout.
The property was financed with a bridge loan through Streetly at 90% LTV. Rehab funds were not borrowed on this project, we self-funded the renovation. The finished product hit the market and sold in 21 days for $505,000; $6,000 above our projected ARV of $499,000.
